Adam Hunter designed modern home with swimming pool and blue lounge chairs.

Pacific Palisades

Modern Castle | Adam’s magical touch is making a modern home warm while being true to the surrounding elements of Los Angeles. This home defines Adam’s California Lifestyle aesthetic as it serves as an indoor-outdoor living space.  The home is filled with concrete, wood, glass and natural stone.

Careful application of color and well-placed, larger-scale gestures were part of the wizardry Hunter employed to create this smartly stylish, vibrant and warm residence. Adherence to a guiding principle also helped: “‘Trust the process’ is something I have to remember all the time,” the designer says. “It’s all about timing and letting go. When you can let your people do what they do best–let your artists paint, let your writers write, let the architects draw– then it all turns out almost magically.” – Interview by James Munn for Luxe Magazine
